Join Sarah Birger, a Certified Yoga Therapist, for a relaxing hour of Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep as it is commonly known, is an immensely powerful meditation technique, and one of the easiest yoga practices to develop and maintain. Sarah will help you into supported poses and then guide you through meditation into the 5 layers of self, leaving you with a sense of wholeness.

Certified by the International Association of Yoga Therapists in 2017, Sarah has been practicing yoga since 1994. In the intervening 25 years, she has focused on deepening her knowledge and developing her skills to support others through the lens of her top five values: JOY. GRATITUDE. EDUCATION. SERVICE. SPIRITUAL INQUIRY.
