Our Approach

At Lone Lake Physical Therapy, we believe in the combination of manual treatment and therapeutic exercise as the most beneficial way to address physical impairments. Removing joint and muscular restrictions, balancing, strength, improving posture and normalizing movement patterns. Our patients make a more complete recovery and experience significantly less discomfort during rehabilitation.

Individual Treatments

With one-on-one appointments we can focus on helping patients understand the source of their pain and restriction. We specialize in recognizing abnormal patterns to help our patients learn a different and less damaging way to move and let go of tension. This knowledge empowers each patient to learn what they can do to manage their condition independently.
