The instructors are experienced and skilled, and exercises have been tested with seniors.

You’ll meet other seniors and make new friends!

Stay Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) is a strength, balance, and fitness program for adults 65 and older.
Performing exercises that improve strength, balance, and fitness is the single most important activity adults can do to stay active and reduce their chances of falling. The entire curriculum of activities in the SAIL program can help improves strength and balance, if done regularly.

Instructors: Sue Taves, PT and Julie Gersten, LMP and CFP.

Fee: $5 per session or $45 for the entire month. Payable by check or cash at the first class.
