Practical Balance - Drop-In Balance Class with Sue Taves
Weekly balance practice class!
Is this class right for you?
· You must be able to stand and walk independently for more than one block, using a cane or walker is fine.
· You must be able to tolerate light physical activity for 30 minutes,
· This class combines education with balance practice so please wear comfortable clothing and practical shoes (well-fitting shoes, no heels or shoes that you will slip out of) for balance and walking exercises.
Class will include a warm up, balance practice and a cool down.
Drop-In only, no need to register. $15.00 per class, pay at time of class.
