In this Sound Bath session you will be enveloped in resonant frequencies produced by the Australian didgeridoo, hammered dulcimer, flute, Tibetan Singing Bowls and other instruments. These sounds are intended to help individuals relax, reduce stress, and potentially access a deeper state of consciousness. 

Participants may choose to sit or lie down.  Yoga mats, blankets, as well as chairs are available to use in the room. 

Bob Effertz and Joseph Sanchez, the facilitators, are accomplished musicians having offered Sound Bath sessions for many years.
