Breath & Flow 90-Minute Yoga with Shalom

Start your week with this dynamic 90-minute flow to connect with your breath and body. We’ll begin with pranayama, enjoy a full body hatha or vinyasa flow, and finish with a relaxing meditation. This class is perfect for the intermediate yogi, martial artists, mobility practice, or anyone wanting to play and have fun with their yoga. It is also beginner friendly with modifications.

Shalom earned her 200hr yoga certification in 2021, with the intention of deepening her own loving practice. She started teaching in 2023 and recently completed a second 200hr yoga certification. She has also been working as a personal trainer since 2022, and has enjoyed teaching art and watercolor since 2020. In addition, Shalom loves jiu jitsu, culinary creativity, and almost anything that involves being outside including hiking, gardening, and walks on the beach. She has led two yoga retreats, incorporating her other passions of the outdoors, charcuterie, and watercolor. Shalom is passionate about supporting everyone’s unique flow in their own practice and journey of yoga.
